This song was written for a drama Hyori Lee casted in. The story of an unexpected couple where the male had brain tumor and Hyori , an aspiring singer , had leukemia when they were both admitted to hospital on the same day. So they both were on a race to see who passes away 1st. The two met and went through a series of events before they were finally together. Hyori , unaware of her boyfriend's illness til the last moment , thought she would give into her illness before him, and thus wrote this song to express her feelings to the male before she died. But unexpectedly , it was her boyfriend that suddenly left without a word. Hyori then had a chance to perform on stage on national television and sang this song. In the end , most of the meaning of the song was meant for herself instead. So touching right ? Sorry I'm not good at describing. Hope you get the idea.
